Delivery

Once we have received your order, we aim to have your goods dispatched to you within 5-6 working days.  Made to order products may take longer, please see product descriptions for estimated delivery times.

All of our products are delivered using courier services and will require a signature on arrival.  We will email you with any relevant tracking information with your dispatch confirmation.

All items are packaged and wrapped with care.

UK orders

We are able to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders on both our lighting and textile ranges.

International orders

Through our online shop we are able to offer international delivery on all of our textile goods to a number of international locations. 

EU Delivery charges - £15 flat fee

America | Canada | Australia delivery charges - £25 flat fee

For orders outside of these areas, please contact louise@louisetucker.net outlining the items you wish to order and delivery address.

For international orders of your PREN handwoven lighting collection please email louise@louisetucker.net outlining the items to order and the delivery address.

Please be aware that prices do not cover import and customs duties and these are the responsibility of the customer.  

All international delivery of lights are safely packaged within triple walled boxes.
